14 Reasons to Vote for No One

Fatwa of responsibility

One will be accountable for actions taken by the candidate elected but will also be accountable for actions taken by his/her party. When one foresees the results of the elections and the actions of every party and reads this Fatwa, one is overcome with fear of being answerable to Allah and compelled NOT to vote for anyone.

One major example is the abolishment of interest based banking which no candidate or major party is willing to abolish.

Flaws of democracy

‘The Prophethood will remain amongst you for as long as Allah wills it to be. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be the khilaafah upon the Prophetic methodology. And it will last for as long as Allah wills it to last. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. Then there will be BITING kingship, and it will remain for as long as Allah wills it to remain. Then Allah will raise it when He wills to raise it. There is no doubt we are now living in Tyrannical (forceful kingship). Even the modern so called democracies are a type of forced kingships (as soon as the winning party comes in power).

For example, just recently Erdogan won the elections. Under his new powers, he will have achieved near-absolute power. The post of prime minister is abolished. He will have the right to dissolve the parliament; can rule by decree; and has greater control over the judiciary:

The final phase or revival of Khilafah will be established by Imam Mehdi AS and Hazrat Isa AS in sha Allah. So just wait and hide ourselves in your caves just like Ashaabi-Kahf did. This is one reason we are told to recite Surah tul Kahf regularly on Fridays.

This is also indicated by the following Sahih Hadith:

“Narrated by Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (Blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There will be tribulations during which one who sitting is better than one who is standing, and one who standing is better than one who is walking, and one who is walking is better than one who is running. He who exposes himself to them will be drawn to them and whoever find a refuge from them, let him seek protection therein.” Narrated by al-Bukhaari (3601) and Muslim (2886).

Meaning one should just be patient until one dies (or Imam Mehdi arrives).

جون 1857 کو ملتان چھاونی میں پلاٹون نمبر دس کو بغاوت کے شبہے میں نہتا کیا گیا اور پلاٹون کمانڈر کو بمعہ دس سپاہیوں کے توپ کے آگے رکھ کر اڑا دیا گیا۔ بقیہ نہتی پلاٹون کو شبہ ہوا کہ انہیں چھوٹی چھوٹی ٹولیوں میں فارغ کیا جائے گا اور انہیں تھوڑا تھوڑا کرکے تہہ تیغ کیا جائے گا۔

سپاہیوں نے بغاوت کر دی – تقریبا بارہ سو سپاہیوں نے بغاوت کا علم بلند کیا – انگریزوں کے خلاف بغاوت کرنے والے مجاہدین کو شہر اور چھاونی کے درمیان واقع پل شوالہ پر دربار بہا الدین زکریا کے سجادہ نشین مخدوم شاہ محمود قریشی نے انگریزی فوج کی قیادت میں اپنے مریدوں کے ہمراہ گھیرے میں لے لیا اور تین سو کے لگ بھگ نہتے مجاہدین کو شہید کر دیا۔

یہ مخدوم شاہ محمود قریشی ہمارے سابقہ وزیر خارجہ مخدوم شاہ محمود قریشی کے لکڑدادا تھے اور ان کا نام انہی کے حوالے سے رکھا گیا تھا۔

کچھ باغی دریائے چناب کے کنارے شہر سے باہر نکل رہے تھے کہ انہیں دربار شیر شاہ کے سجادہ نشین مخدوم شاہ علی محمد نے اپنے مریدوں کے ہمراہ گھیر لیا اور ان کا قتل عام کیا۔

مجاہدین نے اس قتل عام سے بچنے کے لئے دریا میں چھلانگیں لگا دیں کچھ لوگ دریا میں ڈوب کر جاں بحق ہو گئے اور کچھ لوگ پار پہنچنے میں کامیاب ہو گئے۔

دریا پار پہنچ جانے والوں کو سید سلطان احمد قتال بخاری کے سجادہ نشین دیوان آف جلالپور پیر والہ نے اپنے مریدوں کی مدد سے شہید کر دیا۔ جلالپور پیر والہ کے موجودہ ایم این اے دیوان عاشق بخاری انہی کی آل میں سے ہیں۔

مجاہدین کی ایک ٹولی شمال میں حویلی کورنگا کی طرف نکل گئی جسے مہر شاہ آف حویلی کورنگا نے اپنے مریدوں اور سرداروں کے ہمراہ گھیر لیا اور چن چن کر شہید کیا ۔ مہر شاہ آف حویلی کورنگا سید فخر امام کے پڑدادا کا سگا بھائی تھا۔ اسے اس قتل عام میں فی مجاہد شہید کرنے پر بیس روپے نقد یا ایک مربع اراضی عطا کی گی۔

مخدوم شاہ محمود قریشی کو 1857 کی جنگ آزادی کے کچلنے میں انگریزوں کی مدد کے عوض مبلغ تین ہزار روپے نقد، جاگیرسالانہ معاوضہ مبلغ ایک ہزار سات سو اسی روپے اور آٹھ چاہات جن کی سالانہ جمع ساڑھے پانچ سو روپے تھی بطور معافی دوام عطا ہوئی مزید یہ کہ 1860 میں وائسرائے ہندنے بیگی والا باغ عطا کیا۔

مخدوم آف شیر شاہ مخدوم شاہ علی محمد کو دریائے چناب کے کنارے مجاہدین کو شہید کرنے کے عوض وسیع جاگیر عطا کی گئی۔

حویلی کو رنگا کے معرکے میں بظاہر سارے مجاہدین مارے گئے مگر علاقے میں آزادی کی شمع روشن کر گئے۔ حویلی کورنگا کی لڑائی کے نتیجے میں جگہ جگہ بغاوت پھوٹ پڑی اور حویلی کورنگا، قتال پور سے لیکر ساہیوال بلکہ اوکاڑہ تک کا علاقہ خصوصا دریائے راوی کے کنارے بسنے والے مقامی سرائیکیوں کی ایک بڑی تعداد اس تحریک آزادی میں شامل ہو گئی ۔

اس علاقے میں اس بغاوت کا سرخیل رائے احمد خان کھرل تھا جو گو گیرہ کے نواحی قصبہ جھامرہ کا بڑا زمیندار اور کھرل قبیلے کا سردار تھا۔

اکیس ستمبر 1857کو راوی کے کنارے ”دلے دی ڈل“ میں انہی لوگوں کی جانب سے مخبری پر احمد خان کھرل پر جب حملہ ہوا تو وہ عصر کی نماز پڑھ رہا تھا۔ اس حملے میں انگریزی فوج کے ہمراہ مخدوموں ، سجادہ نشینوں اور دیوانوں کی ایک فوج ظفر موج تھی جس میں دربار سید یوسف گردیز کا سجادہ نشین سید مراد شاہ گردیزی دربار بہا الدین زکریا کا سجادہ نشین مخدوم شاہ محمود قریشی ،
دربار فرید الدین گنج شکر کا گدی نشین مخدوم آف پاکپتن ، مراد شاہ آف ڈولا بالا،
سردار شاہ آف کھنڈا اور گلاب علی چشتی آف ٹبی لال بیگ کے علاوہ بھی کئی مخادیم وسجادہ نشین شامل تھے۔ احمد خان کھرل اور سارنگ شہید ہو ئے ۔

انگریز احمد خان کھرل کا سر کاٹ کر اپنے ہمراہ لے گئے ۔ احمد خان کھرل کے قصبہ جھامرہ کو پیوند خاک کرنے کے بعد آگ لگا دی گئی ۔ فصلیں جلا کر راکھ کر دی گئیں۔ تمام مال مویشی ضبط کر لیے گئے دیگر سرداروں کو سزا کے طور پر بعبور دریائے شور یعنی کالا پانی بھجوادیا گیا۔

اس طرح اس علاقے کی تحریک آزادی مخدووموں ، سرداروں، وڈیروں اور گدی نشینوں کی مدد سے دبادی گئی۔

اس کے بعد دریائے راوی کے کنارے اس علاقے کے بارے میں راوی چین لکھتا ہے۔

کاش ھمارے ماہرین تعلیم مطالعہ پاکستان میں ایک باب ایسے غداروں پر شامل کرتے.
کاش آزادی کے بعد قائداعظم, لیاقت علی خان اور دیگر رہنماء ایسے غداروں کے تسلسل کو توپ کے آگے رکھ کر اڑا دیتے. اور انگریزوں کی دلالی کرنے پر عطا کی گئی وسیع و عریض زمینوں کو بحق سرکار ضبط کرلیتے.

مگر وہ ایسا نہ کر سکے کیونکہ مسلم لیگ کے منشور میں ایسا شامل ہی نہیں تھا. اور مسلم لیگ میں یہ مخدوم, شاہ, ٹوانے اور تانے بانے ہی تو شامل تھے.

اگر ایسا کر لیا جاتا تو نہ ہی قائد اعظم کی ایمبولینس راستے میں بند ھوتی, اور نہ ہی لیاقت علی خان کو جلسہ عام میں گولی لگتی.

پاکستان بننے کے بعد ہر دور میں ان ہی لوگوں کی نسلوں نے حکومت کی ھے۔ اور آج بھی اقتدار انہی لوگوں کے ہاتھوں میں ہے۔ چاہے وہ مسلم لیگ میں ہوں، پیپلز پارٹی میں ہوں یا تحریک انصاف میں۔
اور اصل المیہ یہ ہے کہ ہم جیسے لوگ ان غداروں کے اقتدار کا ایندھن بنے ہوئے ہیں۔ اور اس پر کوئی ملال بھی نہیں۔
